VacuStep training explained
The VacuStep training program is completed over a 4 week period. Clients must commit to training 5 times per week for the full 4 weeks.
Before committing to the program we ask that you come in for a trial session to determine that whether VacuStep is the right program is the right program for you.
Pleas note that it is very important that you commit to the full training program to achieve the maximum results. VacuStep is available by appointment only, so please call in advance to ensure that the time slot you prefer is available. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, please give a 24 hour notice of cancellation.
To maintain results long term, we recommend 1-3 training courses of 30 minutes each per week after the initial 20 sessions. You may also wish to continue with the full training program depending on your desired results.
WHO CAN USE THE PROGRAM?
No previous level of exercise is required to train with the VacuStep. As long as your health is generally good, you will most likely be able to use the system successfully. As with all fitness programs, we recommend that you get a doctor’s permission before training with VacuStep
